Quality Fire Safety & Equipment Services was founded by Terrence Sawyers, a highly skilled and respected technician with decades of experience in fire safety. Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Sawyers has worked with countless hotels and small businesses, building a reputation for excellence in the field.
Several years before its establishment, Mr. Sawyers envisioned creating his own fire safety business. He carefully planned, promoted, and prepared financially for the venture. On May 8, 2014, his vision became a reality with the official launch of Quality Fire Safety & Equipment Services.
Mr. Harry Thompson, the owner of Total Fire Safety and a mentor to Mr. Sawyers, played a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of the business. A close family friend and a seasoned industry expert, Mr. Thompson generously shared his knowledge, teaching Mr. Sawyers the importance of building and maintaining client relationships through exceptional service.
This mentorship left a lasting impression on Mr. Sawyers, who admired the professionalism and dedication Mr. Thompson displayed throughout their years of working together. When Mr. Thompson passed away on March 13, 2012, Mr. Sawyers resolved to honor his legacy by upholding the same principles of quality service and customer rapport that his mentor exemplified.
The journey to establish Quality Fire Safety & Equipment Services was not without challenges. These obstacles reminded Mr. Sawyers of the early struggles faced by Mr. Thompson during his 17-year career in the industry, further inspiring him to persevere and bring his vision to life.
